ZinKlad 750 passes GMW3200 fastener grounding applications. In accelerated testing the matt coating meets cathodic testing requirements. ZinKlad 750 also passes the GMW 14872 cyclic corrosion test, exhibiting both excellent white corrosion resistance and no red rust after 23 cycles.

The industry is moving away from conventional “open tank plating systems” due to the increased emission regulations and higher workplace safety standards.

ANKOR GAMMAT is a zero discharge plating plant, designed to meet present and future regulations on Cr(VI). The chemistry remains in a closed pipe system and plated parts are cleaned properly from Cr(VI) residues. ANKOR GAMMAT is one of the safest plating plants in the world. The system can be integrated in any industrial situation and makes plant approval easier.
